- Better Home Company announced today signing a contract to include Spinneys store chains in its trade center Cityscape that is claimed to be established in Sixth of October City on an area of 27,000 square meters, with investments reaching LE 300 million.
- 'Essam 'Adel, Better Home CEO, confirmed that the mall will encompass more than 100 trade stores and will be inaugurated in July 2010 thus providing 5000 working opportunities.
- He unveiled the company's blueprint to expand within the Egyptian market as it plans to establish a number of tourist resorts in El-'Ain El-Sokhuna and the Northern Coast.
- 'Adel pointed out the size of the company's investments amounting to around LE 1.7 billion with more than 400 employees, adding the company is planning to establish some projects in Sixth of October City.
- According to him, it plans to set up a medical administrative building containing 100 clinics at a cost amounting to LE 150 million.
- The company is also seeking to establish a trade mall in New Minya in implementation of the desire of the Ministry of Trade and Industry regarding expansion in establishment of such malls to create increasing working opportunities for youth, he stated.
- 'Adel explained that a contract has been signed regarding purchase of a piece of land for implementation of a project, with investment cost amounting to LE 80 million and will carried out, via the Company of Developing Upper Egypt for Investment.
- This company is wholly owned by Better Home Company, he noted.
- Better Home official alerted to the size of the company's investments within the Egyptian market, which exceeded LE 1, 600 million and its licensed capital amounts to LE 150 million.
- Shadi Abu-Sa'ad, Spinneys General Manager, asserted the company's desire in increasing its investments in Egypt and provision of best products with appropriate prices to Egyptians.
